1. I'm leaning towards America simply because the culture in Asia is quite a bit different from Western culture, and I'm not entirely familiar with it, plus I don't know how many people are familiar with it.

2. I don't mind, as long as it's consistent. (Though I personally like it when people use images, not just descriptions)
