A few things I should say about Illuvatar's app: his geography is off in a couple areas.

Primarily, there are no Inuit populations as far south as New Brunswicke, it isn't part of their native range which is much further north. The closest population is concentrated much more in northern Quebec, out of the map's area.

What you would have more of would be the French-speaking [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acadians]Acadians[/url], and not the Eskimos.

Also your free-city of Providence isn't actually in Providence. It corresponds more to the Plymouth area than Rhode Island which is that misshapen blob between what you marked as Providence and what you have (correctly) marked as New Haven, [Connecticut].
