Jett slowly turned and met her gaze coldly. "Understood." He thought about her terms in his head and almost let out a laugh. [i]I suppose I'm getting special treatment here,[/i] he thought. Jett turned and was about to exit, when he stopped. Without turning, he said quietly, "Sacha... I'm sorry." There was a long silence that stretched between them. He stayed frozen with his back to her. "I didn't know everything would work out this way."
