[i][b]Seven years ago...[/b][/i]

"Wells is the best of the three. Though his telekinesis is nowhere near as versatile as Watts demonstrates, he has a better grasp on his powers." A older man said to another as they watched two young teenagers spar with the use of their powers in what appeared to be a matted gymnasium. There were men dressed in formal attire seated on the sidelines. Some just watched, while others took notes.

"So you're saying that Wells is the best of all our subjects?" Another man queried.

"Well... both boys are a lot stronger than the rest in their age bracket. Their powers give them an upper hand too, but I say Wells comes out on top."

The young Michael Watts ran toward his rival who easily dodged out of the way. Michael received a punch in his side which caused him to tear up a bit as placed a hand on his ribs. Aaron swung at Michael's face, but was blown away by his TK. 

"You can't beat me!" Michael shouted as  his body recovered. It was then that Aaron moved with his super speed, too fast for Michael to react. Michael was hit in the gut, then the back, and then finally in the jaw as Aaron moved around him swiftly. Michael could only be shocked as his rival and best friend demonstrated speed and strength that was not known to him.

"I told you I learned something new. No one can beat the alpha dog." Aaron boasted with a smile as he held out a hand to Michael. Michael winced in pain before grabbing Aaron's hand.

[b][i]Now...[/i][/b]

"You see that guy on the news who took on the U.S. military?! You know, the one that blasted all those trucks away!" Aaron said as he stood against Mexican army with just about three dozen of his own armed men. "Well guess what? I'm the upgrade!" Aaron took out a coin and flipped it. He smirked before the coin was caught in the palm of his hand. And just as it made contact, the entire military force exploded into vehicle parts and blood. "Never even saw me coming did you?" Aaron a.k.a. The Alpha said with a grin. "Alright, take anything you can salvage. We just got ourselves a nice shipment of weapons and anti-meta ammo."
