Joseph 'Tank' Cooper

Interacting with: Alicia [@Lady Amalthea], Caesar [@Sigil], Cecily [@Morose], Jeremy [@Pundii]

The thud and shattering, though muffled, brought Tank whipping around. "What in the hell..." Tank set the food down unevenly on the counter without a second thought. He vaulted over Alicia's couch and made his way outside. The Detective sprinted out of the patio, pointing at his bike right before he made it to the block party, whispering. "I'll deal with you later" as he ran. He reached into the back of his jeans and pulled out his pistol, safety on. "Police!" he cried out, shoving past people and even sliding over one empty table before he made it to Danica's corpse. He almost skidded into the crime scene beside Cecily, gun visible. His eyes didn't leave the corpse as he reached into his pocket and produced his Detective ID badge. "Stay here. Call 911." He stood up, brown eyes steeled. "Everyone stay back!" he said, showing them his badge. "Remain calm and keep a safe distance. Back-up will be here soon and we need everyone's cooperation. Just stick around and...try not to stare, it's rude." He turned to Cecily. "Listen to her." he advised them, pointing to the young woman. "I'll check the roof." He waded past the crowd and was glad people now gave him a wide berth. He sprinted into the renovated building. He let out a sigh as he climbed, and realized getting to the top was a lot more complicated than he thought. Trouble always follows me, he told himself. As if on cue, he could hear banging and footsteps coming from around the building. Only it wasn't going down, but upwards toward the roof if he had to guess. He didn't know of anymore law enforcement residents here other than Greg...
