I'm not entirely sure what problem you have with a player being [i]under[/i]powered. It's hardly going to break the game and if I end up behind the power curve that's my fault and I'm the one who will have to live with it.

As for the second piece of gear, originally all I had was a normal gun. You suggested that I needed to upgrade it a magitech weapon. Your worry about giving out more gear to some people is perfectly understandable, however my setup is apparently still underpowered so I hope it's not as much of a problem as it might be otherwise.
