Its not force, its an ability. The item is moving on its own, 'as if' its being pushed. There is no direct movement from Hekrom, either. He could be in another room, and as long as he knows the position of the box, or itiswithin its range, it moves. As soon as hepercieves the item, it can be manipulated. For instance: I assumed that her entering an area he is in, thus entering within his telekinesis range, that his range acts as a field, and that her entering it would be similar to touch sense, which the average reaction time to touch is .15, Hekrom could literally stop all movement in her body the moment that .15 seconds is up, nearly instantly killing her. On top of that, if her reaction time is slower than that .15, she's as good as dead, and on top of that, depending on the range of the field of her vectors and Hekrom's field, it could get quite messy.
There are three problems with this. - The entirety of definition of force. Check 4. Telekinesis is a force. 1. physical power or strength possessed by a living being: 2. strength or power exerted upon an object; physical coercion; violence: 3. strength; energy; power; intensity: 4. power to influence, affect, or control; efficacious power: - Displacement is a vector. That means a change in position is a vector. - The vectors of her body are constantly under her control. You can't just affect them, she's maintaining homeostasis with her power.
