[b][u]Thermal Manipulation[/u][/b] - Jesse has the ability to control the kinetic energy of particles at an atomic level, allowing him to control temperature. He is able to increase kinetic energy within air particles to generate heat and decrease kinetic energy to create cold. The range of his temperature control is within a one mile radius. With controlling temperature, his body has a built-in thermal resistance that makes him immune to extreme temperatures. [s]Jesse will soon be able to fly using thermal updrafts.[/s]
[Indent][color=ed1c24][i]Heat Manipulation[/i][/color] - Jesse can create and manipulate heat by increasing the kinetic energy of atoms, thus making things hotter, ranging from subjective feeling of heat to incineration. By making heat, he is able to create bursts of heat waves or make certain objects hot such as plastic, causing it to melt. Although he cannot actively create and manipulate fire, he can make it hot enough for flames to erupt or something to combust. However he won't be able to control the flames, just the heat that resonates from them. As of yet, it is unknown how hot he can make a certain area or object. 
[color=00aeef][i]Cold Manipulation[/i][/color] - Jesse can create and manipulate cold by reducing the kinetic energy of atoms and thus making things colder, ranging from subjective feeling of cool to freezing. By making cold, he is able to create bursts of cold waves or make certain objects cold such as water, causing it to freeze. Although he cannot actively create and control ice, he can make it cold enough for ice to manifest or flash freeze. However he won't be able to control the ice, just the cold that resonates from it. As of now, Jesse only knows he can cause freezing temperature but doesn't know how cold he can make it.[/Indent]
