Jett leaned back against the tree and put his hands behind his head. "That's because I'm not a Brom, and I'm not a prisoner," he corrected. He paused and rubbed his nose. "Although the part about me pissing off Sacha isn't wrong." He turned away from her, trying to remain unrecognizable, and added, "I'm just here because I need somewhere to stay for a little bit."
