It's an American sitcom about three families whom are all related to each other either by marriage or blood. There is the head of the family, Jay and Gloria, one of the Jay's children's family, Phil and Clair(the daughter), and the son, Mitchel and his life partner, Cam. Jay adopted Gloria's son, Manny. Phil and Clair have three children - Haley, Alex, and Luke. Cam and Mitchel have one, adoptive daughter, Lily.
