The limits on the teleporation will need to be improved. Me and my partner came to a compromise that we think you'll like. The One Piece Universe isn't necessarily big on authentic drawbacks. We want to keep true to this while also keeping potential god modding to a minimum. So here we go. 

The Gon-Gon Fruit will have two potential uses, partial materializing and whole materializing. Partial: Is combative in nature, impish, or useful for short to middle range fights. Fist going through portals, and landing a blow on your opponent is more the way of partial. Whole is for long distance travel. Of course we stick with the 24 hour rule. The distance limit to partial is 10 to a hundred feet (for now). The distance for whole is 100 onward, this will require for you to completely dissolve your body before re-spawning somewhere else ( the stronger you become the quicker this will be). Also one more tiny thing is that we'd like for you to be the only [i]human[/i] passing through your portals for now.
