Well there's always the possibility of multiple characters, but Fenris is probably the most serious offering in terms of tone.

The thing is that as both a vampire and werewolf, Fenris would have a veritable smorgasbord of powers, which would sit very poorly with your three-power limit.

The way I could think of making it work would to be grouping various abilities under a single power, such as "werewolf physiology."
