[@BCTheEntity] At the moment he has no first mate. I can see them having a one-way conversation about Dirks skills. If Dirk didn't speak or Bogard didn't see a use in him, he'd make him his first mate. Mostly because, you're the first person to join and Dirk would be the first he's met.
