-Half-Ghost: Due to an accident, Terror is considered half a ghost and has many traits of ghosts.

-Flicker: Ability to flicker in and out of corporeal form, can last long enough to let bullets fly through or walk through walls but not much longer without straining himself.

-Light Telekinesis: Able to control a large variety of smaller objects and some larger objects.

-Inanimate Possession: Terror can take control of certain inanimate objects like cars or bicycles, or even dolls, much like telekinesis, but not too many at a time without causing intense strain.

-Spirit Sight: Terror can see the spiritual world as it overlaps the living, and interact with spirits.

-Nightwalk: Terror is able to enter someone's dreams and remove or create a nightmare, to do so he needs a lock of their hair or an item that means a lot to them, and can do so from up to a mile away.

With the power limit removed, I expanded the "Half-Death" power to show the various ghostly abilities he has so there's not much question as to what he can do, of course, as versatile as he is he can actually kill himself with his abilities xD Checking by you before I replace the section in the CS
