[@AbandonedIntel] okay so I edited the powers of the mask nerfed them as much as I could before making them useless. 
As for how he's chaotic stupid it's all in the way he behaves. Making fun of a situation, being obsessed with sugar, being deathly afraid of spiders even though he's far creepier than they are. Being obsessed with making friend, but goes about it wrong. I honestly don't know how else to explain. -.- sorry
