Asking the hard questions, here, I see. Nah, as someone in the same predicament, I was just about to wonder at the same thing. I'm guessing sperm bank is the most logical answer, however. This far into the future? Science probably progressed enough to give gay couples biological, test tube babies, even. I don't know how that'd work and I'm not a biologist, but, it's not too hard to imagine someone figuring something of that nature out. Eventually, at the very least. Other than that, I don't see reproductive uselessness being as much of an issue to others if they had other uses on the ship. What's a few people out of thousands? Human reproduction is always going to raise exponentially if there's more than a few hundred willing to procreate. Habitation and resources are more of a factor than "Is this person willing to engage in coitus with the opposite sex?" However, that's only logically speaking. In a situation like this, panic may give way to illogical thinking, which may give way to thinking that homosexuality would be the undoing of mankind. Aha. >_>
