Sorry for the delay, however, after much consideration, I have decided to come up with a CS skeleton. The skeleton will not be to different, yet, it will allow me, and others, to classify the extents and limitations of your mutant abilities as well as the actual power itself, using a nifty little site I found called [url=http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Superpower_Wiki]Superpower Wiki[/url]. Do note that this will be used as the main reference point for any debates about powers. I will post my characters as a reference, for this.
