[@ColouredCyan] Something is bothering me, and it may just be me in this case. Shelly appears to have not come from the prison like all the rest of us have. She speaks and acts as though she just joined up and was never isolated from society. This is all still mostly a secret so I doubt that emailing a request for a Gifted would be a wise choice. 

I can understand having an upbeat attitude but it appears to me that there may be some disconnect as far as setting is concerned. I could be wrong though.
