This will be an RP where both the tv series for DC and Marvel are merged together and players get to take on the characters, or invent their own. Has to be television power levels though.

Constantine but this is iffy as not sure I want the entire metaphysical baggage that goes with it as it gives precedence to DC's cosmology over Marvel's, which is not a good place to start. I know he made a cameo in Arrow season 4 so if someone wanted to play him, and could get the character right, then we could certainly chat about it.

[u]Back Story[/u]
The speed remnant of the Flash ran ever faster, forcing the magnetar out-of-phase. The pulse raced high into the ether but instead of the pure white energy that had originated from it initially, it changed, becoming speed-force orange. Suddenly the beam vanished to mortal and immortal eyes. The combined speed-force and phase energy rose ever higher into another tier of material plane of existence, causing it to vibrate differently, faster, than it ever did before. The time remnant disintegrated and became part of the speed-force forever.

Barry had saved the multiverse, or so he thought.

With one last look at his family, he sped, into the past. He'd had enough of all the trials, the pain, heartache, having no idea how Oliver managed it as his friend had been through far worse than he could ever imagine. Yet he kept going, kept pushing, moving forward. Having no powers, he struggled on, against the odds, even fighting other metahumans - and winning. Despite this, Barry was fed up of it, all.

He needed.

He needed a normal life, away from all of this. It wasn't that he disliked having Joe as a father, or Iris as, whatever she was. Wanting more than ever a normal life, or at least one part of him at any rate. To have a mother, and a father, to finally be a happy.

So he travelled back in time to alter his past, once more. Almost absentmindedly noticed that he had reached his destination. Before his other self could strike, he caught up to his quarry. Zoom, Eobard Thawne, the man that had ruined everything, all his trials and pain had begun at this one point. Now it would be different. He struck Thawne, the Reverse Flash, not once, not twice but a half dozen times. Glancing right saw his alternate self that had journeyed here to do the same, slowly fade away, vanishing into thin air. He'd finally done it, normal life loomed.

"I won't hurt, you, I promise." He said to his mother, holding out a hand to help her up. Not it would all be different, although he had no idea what would happen to this current self - presumably he'd be struck here, or could even travel forward. Who knew, he sure didn't. And for the first time knew that both his mother and father would survive.

The ripples of this event spread out weakening the walls between the two tiers even further. One Earth-1 pushed through the breach occupying the same space as it's parallel, people and their lives were merged. Yet their minds could only manage to remember one set of memories - the others residing in the subconscious. Those that did remember committed suicide, unable to understand or cope with the influx of two lives.

A few though, knew something was wrong, that something was bothering them. In time, these, heroes, unique individuals would uncover the truth. But it would take time. For now, time for many had restarted, but for others it had continued as though nothing had happened.

The ripples continued to spread, unlike a pebble in a pond, this was more akin to the Chicxulub event that had made Earth's dinosaurs extinct. This was not a harmless like wave one could ride, as the walls between the tiers eroded, soon other layers could be drawn and other realities could converge, in time.

The Convergence had begun.

[u]Ideas[/u]
Due to Barry's tempering all of Arrowverse starts again, from the beginning. So you, the player, get to re-imagine any character of your choosing. Is Oliver Queen the same, or different. What about Barry? Or any other hero. Same could be said for Marvel. I have left it open for you to choose how to envision your character.

[u]GM Thoughts[/u]
I did think about having some external higher power forcibly merge both together, but thought it would cheapen the lives of the characters, and their struggles. But to make one person ultimately responsible, their reasons for their actions being partly selfish.  It would give players a goal, not to eliminate, but to restore not just one reality to how they should be, but all of them by forcing that individual to be a HERO, and sacrifice their well being, and their happiness for the sake of all creation. After that, isn't that makes a hero?

I did toil over this extensively to be honest, carry on from where DC and Marvel left off, or give you all the choice to start again. So here we are. For instance you could start with Skye (Daisy) already being a metahuman, or is she an agent.
