Any operations/treatments will be supervised ofc (human life cannot be wasted after all) and I can see, once the IC starts a certain head of security keeping an eye on you. In terms of solitary, what that'll mean is you'll be confined to quarters when not on duty, and there'll be a guard posted outside. Only time you can leave is to go on duty or if you request to go to the likes of the archives or something.
