[@NachoBachoPacho] The Red Hood Pirates are in Loguetown, with a great many sirens going off as the result of something or other. This, at least in my mind, may or may not be related to Dirk's killing of a World Government official and theft of a Devil Fruit in his backstory, which was a very recent thing in terms of time passed prior to current events. But then maybe I'm just biased. In any case, the three current Red Hoods are out looking for food or a bar or what have you; Dirk's not technically in the Red Hoods yet, but there's plans to get him incorporated in short order.
