[@Sep] I had Locke set as the administrator cause he's the "administrator" for the Ark Vitae. Even if Locke himself didn't own Archimedes, anyone of the engineers bringing him aboard would have to have Locke set as the administrator.

Otherwise, I'd be just as fine if anyone wanted to play an Armani Criminal/Space Pirate sort of fellow who used to own Archimedes and is the one that's registered as the (private user)/Main Administrator. It'd explain why Archimedes went to Mars and got onto the Ark Vitae.
