Arlo had quite the normal childhood growing up, with the exception of him being almost mute for most of it. He is the oldest of three younger sisters, so, even if he comes off as calm and collected, his home life is rather loud and hectic. Being the oldest affected him and turned him into a protective "older brother" kind of friend for anyone who happened to come along. His initial demeanor is intimidating, but under all of it, his truest friends would find that he's a gentle giant.

[b][u]Brief Background[/u][/b]
Lionella lives in the small town of Faduli with her father, a successful businessman, and grandfather, a former successful businessman, and occasionally two uncles that come in and visit from the city. Her mother slowly withered away from an illness when Lionella was eight to nine. Despite being the only girl(and very little for that matter) in the household, her father and grandfather never took it easy on her. She toughened up quick, and the world of pokemon was never really foreign to her. For reasons unknown to her, they always had tough pokemon around the house to guard her father(particularly his favorite pokemon, a Toxicroak). Lionella acquired the nickname "Little Lio" from her small size(she only stands at five feet tall), but also as an ironic title given her feisty nature. She really enjoys and excels in all kinds of sports, and she welcomes all kinds of crowds.
