	The scenery was looking much less hectic now, for some reason or another. The majority of the invaders had been mostly dispatched by the now-active royal guard, and the koopalings, lead by Baby Bowser himself. None of them were anywhere in sight, though. It seemed that as the group passed through Toad town Square, they were far away from the chaos ensuing in the southern plaza. The Koopalings were cleaning up the last remnants of the invasion with gusto. But as Mario and his rag-tag group of... Heroes... Rushed to save Goomba Village, there was much else going on in another dimension...

[hider=Intermission #1: A Devious New Cap Card Type]	Count Collect glossed over his rarest holographic cards with a devilish grin. "Oh yes. [i]Oh yes!"[/i] He cackled, smoothing one of his gloved fingers across peach's portrait. "Excellent! Marvelous! I think this card deserves text worthy of its magnificence!" Collect went to work immediately, magically conjuring a row of letters under peach's body, reading '[i]vastly increase the power of your allied cap cards[/i]'. "Hahaha, what a powerful effect! Back into your sleeve you go~" Collect slid Peach's card into a plastic sleeve and packed her into his cloak for safe keeping. He then spun away from his pure-white table and flourished his cape.

	"ABIGAIL! ABIGAIL COME HERE!" Count Collect shouted, clapping his hands together gingerly. A small black orb floated towards him at high speed and stopped without much trouble, beeping insidiously. "Ah there you are abigail! Look here, I say, look here!" Count collect pulled out a small white cap-card and it began projecting a hologram. Abigail beeped again, and watched with a single eye that formed near her center. "Look here! I've created a way to capture even more! Watch as the tree and the boulders.." The hologram shifted and churned until it shrank down to a smaller rectangle shape. "Isn't it splendid? And it will be ready just in time for the Mushroom kingdom conquest! Bahahahahaha!" Abigail beeped again and did a flip. "Oh Abby! You're always a rousing conversation! Alert our soldiers posthaste! Can't have this delayed at all! Bahahahaha-bye!" He ordered, waving Abigail off. She beeped again and fluttered into the distance.[/hider]
