Hmmm...
So, where to begin?

Alright, I know the basic rules.
ie:
No using other people's characters without permission.
Don't beat, maim or kill anyone's character.
Don't ruin someone else's storyline to advance your own.
Etc.

I need to know the universe's rules.
Like:
Are we all heroes or are there some character villains?
Can we attack the HQ?
Do we like being in the bunkers and fighting crime or are we forced to?
Can we write about sex?
How do you feel about multiple timelines? Multiple universes?
Does this dress make me look fat? (This one was a joke)

I do very layered storylines and I don't mind playing by the rules but I need to know all the limitations and constraints before I mold a character into this universe. Please and thank you!
