[b][color=a187be]What Brings You To The City:[/color][/b] Risa is cool under the gun and knows how to handle herself in the world of Diplomacy. That is to a point. One of the guests from Portugal got a little too handsie for her liking and she was having a bad day. Before she knew it she had broken his hand. The U.N. didn't want to lose her but it was just simpler to transfer her out. Justice was in need of a new Senior L.C. - She was on the next flight out.  

[b][color=a187be]Life Before You Moved In:[/color][/b] Risa was born to the Couri family; her father a linguistics professor and her mother a former national champion in Tae Kwon Do. This created a unique home life; her father teaching her to use her words, her mother teaching her what do to when words where no longer effective. She took to both at a young age and enjoyed both equally; honing both as she got older. 

Risa loved seeing what she could get away with at a young age; if she couldn't sweet talk her way out of a situation she would fight her way out. If that didn't work, she would need a quick exit; girl had a knack for getting in over her head from time to time. Being able to free climb became key in keeping her pretty little head on her shoulders. Granted she did end up in several fights; because of this and a lot of trespassing she got to know the local law more than she would have liked. 

She excelled in school though and was set to join the Finnish Air Force after she turned 18 but due to her mastery of several languages by this time she was recruited by her government to work as a translator for their various Embassies. They would assign her to various diplomats as a liaison when traveling. She went to University during this time and was eventually brought to the attention of the U.N. who gave her an internship.

She enjoyed the work and travel, quickly working up the ranks to Language Coordinator for the U.N. in Geneva due to her leadership skills, mastery of the official U.N. languages and ability to calm hostilities between nations thanks to a quick wit and smooth talking game. She loved working in Geneva but things change and she was recently transferred out to Justice to serve as their new Senior Language Coordinator.  

[b][color=a187be]Life Since You Moved In:[/color][/b] Well she hasn't exactly moved in yet but she did go ahead and secure her apartment; recommended to get a place in Boston Heights on arrival. The rent was decent and such so she put down a deposit and is just moving in. She hopes the people are nice, she wants to meet new people and make a few friends while she is out there.
