[@vosenedich] the character still exists, though you have my GM permission to NPC him for now. Just don't expect him to stick around for long, on the bright side this lets you have some level of autonomy (heh) for now.

I am having a zero-retcon policy for this RP, he's posted IC to the Chief exists. If you want, to not have met him. That is up to you.
