As I see fit, I suppose :P Maybe it's the security chief's responsibility, but I'd say for the small stuff Nick is probably responsible. He's by the books, but he also knows this is quite a special situation so he'll just sort of wing it. For the smaller things at least. I presume there is also something like a cellblock, or maybe the quarters can be locked from the outside to be used as such, as is the case with Jameson. Perhaps stuff like limited supplies and the likes. Good question though... [@Sep], any details?
