[@Lmpkio]So far, I've got personalities down for my two guys. One's kind of like Zenyatta in that they're very at one with anything, but in a more logical manner, and while not cold, their actions generally belay their lack of genuine concern for most things. Also, has a dislike of conversing with irrational people. On the flipside, you have the possibility Bisexual, very curious and irrational Nidhogg, whose hobbies include Pranks, flirting with interesting people, ignoring boundaries, and generally having a god time as a Hedonistic anarchist. That being said, they have a respect for the freedoms of others, and despises murder, subjugation, and etc. They enjoy having a good time, but aren't so completely caught up in their own euphoria to not care about those around him . . . most of the time.

As for abilities . . . that's going to be tough to get down into just two-three abilities and an Ult.

Edit: Also, they have an Iron-man like set-up, except it's their bodies instead of suits, so they have a complete lack of self-regard in terms of combat. Also, beware, Nidhogg will sometiems make bodies that look like other characters in order to freak them otu(this is all explained through nano-tech, by the way, similar to how Vision is in the Age of Ultron flick. Mix of organic and inorganic to make something that is not completely either.)
