It has good uses and bad uses, 'just for the sake of it' is a bad use. While I can see a few situations in a roleplay where briefly writing in second person would help, it's honestly out of place here.

I suppose it helps that the students have mostly been told 'please leave' so they'll break up soon. Just... please use third person, or first if you [i]really[/i] want to.
