[hider=Personality] Takeru does not normally open up to people. If however, someone does manage to get him to open up to them, he will prove himself to be a good and loyal friend. Takeru will do whatever he can help someone that he trusts. Normally speaking, people who share an interest with Takeru will be the only people that even come close to getting past his shell have some sort of common interest with him. One of his interests would be video games. He also enjoys reading, particularly fantasy stories, and manga. Deep down, Takeru only wants a friend, though with his experience, and the basic details on the fate of his biological parents, He fears (even if only on a subconscious level) that the people he gets close to will betray him.
      Takeru may not like to always be around people, but he finds people he likes to be less taxing on him to be around. He has a kind heart, and believes that everyone deserves a fair shake. The only time he has talked to peers that he was not close too was when they had little to no alternative. If Takeru has to work with fellow students on a project, he expects that everyone does a fair share of work. He finds people who cheat to be despicable.

[hider=Biography] Takeru’s parents died in a car crash when a man they trusted had cut the brake cable on their car. After Takeru's second birthday, Takeru had a normal life for the most part while growing up. Takeru had made a close friend early in his school career. However, on his first day of middle school, that friend turned the whole school against Takeru, making him an outcast in the school. The bullying issue became so bad for Takeru that he had to switch schools. His family moved to Inaba for his father’s work during the investigation into the murders where the victims were found hanging upside down. Takeru typically keeps to himself. He doesn't want to be ostracized again, so he typically does not interact with anyone, outside of small talk. Unless he is called on by a teacher to answer a question, he typically stays quiet. He has proven that he is a smart student.  He may pick one or two people that he will try to get close too.
