I may have been playing DKS III for an inordinate amount of time when I haven't been at work. I also may have really liked the look of Irithyll of the Boreal Valley and all its depressing snow covered landscapes. And a knight errant and one with a moral compass at that. That could be interesting though I guess it is fair for me to warn you out of the gate sticking to that mortal compass is going to be one hard thing to do. Because I'm a cruel, cruel, cruel terrible person.

Another cool concept, yeah being a wizard kind of sucks theses days. Presents either an opprturnity to be lost because of an inability to let go of the past and desires for power they no longer have or to find a new way from the ground up which is arguably the worse of the two options.   A lot of this was actually heavily inspired by Larry Niven's The Magic Goes Away more specifically towards the end of it with one simple line.

Along for yet another wild ride Myke? I'm starting to get the inclination that you like me or something. xD But yeah probably a no on the magical abilities expect maybe something super duper mundane like his/her eyes glow in the dark or something. That's about as much magic that is left in the world at this point, not enough to be officially gone but just enough to still be mildly incontinent.


Anyway, I'm finishing up tidying around the house and then I have to look over some things for work tomorrow but once that is done I'll start working on the OCC. We have a nice little group amassing here but that will gives us time to maybe get a couple more.
