Just as Johnny was about to draw his guns on the explosive man in the mask, he was cut short by literally getting cut, a wave of energy tore through him - not doing any damage thanks to his powers, but it tore up the entire area, sending debris falling ontop of them, allowing the pirate to seemingly escape. The rocks fell on him, but they phased straight through him as his skin turned into smoke upon contact, him wrapping around the rocks without any effort. Instead, he followed the Pirate in the mask. He was perhaps being too liberal with his Soru technique to keep up, but he made it to the ship at the time the man in the mask asked who the Marine could but assume was the ship's medic for medical attention. As they did, Johnny appeared on the railing of the ship, holding one of his pistols in his hand, aiming at the doctor. "Hi." He spoke, softly, cigarette in his hand. "You know, you probably thought you were gonna get away. But you're not that lucky. You guys are grossly out numbered, and outgunned, and it would be in your best interest to just surrender right now." Johnny said. "I only really have to bring a couple of you with me alive." He spoke, pulling back the hammer on his pistol as it was aimed on the nurse. "Nice Arm." He told Xernes, with a scoff. Lightning-fast, he changed his aim and fired the bullet at the masked man's shoulder, the one Anaru hadn't broken. "You lot killed a lot of good people today. I, Johnny Tabakomi, Ensign of the 99th Division, cannot let such crimes go unpunished." Flipping the cigarette off of the railing, into the sea. The ship was sailing, and as such, Johnny dispersed in a poof of smoke, a wave of smoke covered the entire deck of the ship, depraving the pirates of oxygen if they didn't move. "I know at least two of you are devil fruit users, and you're either gonna suffocate, or surrender. Graham Kingslayer
Loguetown, East Blue. Having followed Church out, they soon fine Samehana, sitting on a building. That girl had such a knack for getting into trouble. Sancho grunted as he saw the Marines next to her. - He had a bit of a problem with the Marines. They kind of ticked him off. But then again, he had been chased by Grandline marines in his younger days when he, as a Shinra soldier, had been on foreign soil. In comparison, these clowns were nothing more than that. He turned to Church, looking at the Cafe, trouble was probably unavoidable at this point. And he needed a Log Pose. .. At the same time, if there were this many Marines here, who's guarding the Harbor? A grin crept up on Sancho's face. "You know what, guys? This isn't worth out time." Sancho said, heading towards the row of Marines whom were just about to fire into the Cafe. "Out of the way." He commanded, and hte Marine didn't move. "We're a group of innocent civilians. I happen to be part of the East Blue Bugle. Do you want the headline tomorrow to be 'Marine Seaman holds journalist hostage', hm?" Sancho lied through his teeth, the Marine felt a great unease, and backed off. "W-What about those two?" He asked, pointing at the poncho-wearing gunslinger, and the buxom fishwoman. "Bodyguard and lover. You figure out who's who." Sancho said, his voice dry with sarcasm, as the three started walking towards the dock, hearing the gunfire erupt behind them. "You know, guys. I sometimes wonder if all Marines are this stupid?" He said, pointing his finger back at the docks that were a few blocks away. "We should hurry." He mentioned. "We got a ship to.. Commandeer."
