It'd be easy for you, tbh. A DBZDB clone would essentially only [i]require[/i]:
•Images of characters and photoshop, probably. Animations wouldn't even be necessary.
•Simple yet effective and fun combat.
•Really, nothing else I can explain could help much until you play for yourself and see how it is. I was thinking with you in mind, trying not to ask for a whole lot.
