I nodded. "Take your time. No one is expecting you to be better straight away. You'll get there soon enough." I told her, secretly hoping she would feel great and ready to go in no time. I knew, of course, that that wouldn't happen. She had been shot, it wasn't a headache a bit of fresh air might fix, she had a literal hole in her leg. "At least, we're covered here, the dense tree makes us pretty unseeable." Looking out at the lush green bush and tree that surrounded us, I hoped quietly that it wasn't covering somebody else from our view.
