first lucian controls oxygen or all air? so when he manipulates it to leave a space empty what happens to that space? Is it a vacuum? Or does it fill with other gases?

second I literally have no idea what happens to electricity when there is no oxygen present, fill me in. Also in the case that there is no gas at all what happens?
