Her underdevelopedness is why I dislike her as a villain but I agree if they made her more emotional both in personaility and back stroy I think she be more interesting as a villain. Also her weapon confuses me, I know it's dust but from what we know of dust it highly reactive and volatile so making weapons out of the stuff should be incredibly dangerous and unwieldy, is that  an ability due to her natural semblance or is it a power related to the [hider=Spoiler]Fall maiden?[/hider] or what?
