"My baby?" Omega's voice seemed to echo throughout the throne room. He looked at Shiver before closing his eyes. Enyo had failed him, Shiver had already broken, and Hades was just enjoying the show as he contemplated his answer. "I don't get it. What do you even get out of this. It's a lose-lose situation for both sides. You lose Shiver either way. Either to starvation or to me. On my side, I either leave her here or I... marry her. Come on, there has to be another deal we can hatch up. You want a wife, I can find one for you. There's plenty of beauties in San Fransisco... by the way Enyo, what are you doing? You're supposed to be backing me up." Omega said the last bit vaguely. "Come Hades, losing can't be the only way to beat a mortal like myself, right?" Omega was buying time, but at the same time, he wasn't going to agree to a deal in order to get rid of a deal that was flawed. He wanted to know the god's motives.
