Mercury followed Edwina, and the murderer several paces back. He followed them into an alley watching with rage, and then zeroed in on the man as he pulled out his usual tool for murder. The man was fast throwing Eddie against a wall chuckling as the blade pressed to her throat. “God I’m going to enjoy playing with your corpse.” The man drew back the dagger to stab Edwina.

But, before the blade could touch her skin again a fist cracked his chin.
