Awww that's why I had been waiting for a properly updated map. Also a proper access to both Rivers and Sea is pretty essential to my concept, as it is pretty much based on The Italian City States, Venice in particular. It also is important to maintain such scattered exclaves via my fleet.

[@babbysama] would you be fine with me taking a little of your country as laid out in my map? If you want to we can of course shrink it a down a notch. I am not going for great landmasses but a trading, naval power citystate.
