Power: the ability to trade and swap anything. Broker's power on reality allows him to trade anything with anything, money, authority, political stance, even powers themselves. However, because of this, he is only a mediator between two traders who wish to make a deal which would not be possible without his unique ability. Both parties have to be consenting on the trade, and people under the effects of mind control cannot bargain or trade. He can trade out money for powers, anything with anything, but with powers, his limits are based on what the offering is.
Info: Though he is often the third party in many deals and trades, Stein is a reletively good character, and sometimes works within groups of heroes to assist them in keeping the enemy on their toes. He is also found regularily in the Nevada area, working with the police forces and jail inmates to help them get out quicker for a cleaner life, usually trading secrets for a new start.
