I am going to admit, a lot of those notes went missing over the last... I can't remember how long. But Deon's resources are not unlimited, it's been hinted at that he has used up about everything he has to get this done. Though I supposed with you controlling UK and all you get to have final say on how successful Deon's plan was. In basics he just wants to cause a lot of Distrust between vampires and humans. Even if costing his own life in the long run.

I am also going to say, sorry for not responding, weekends are generally more busy for me then most days, and I am really tired right now... so if I am missing information sorry. Also sorry for not bringing any of this up with you, that was a poor choice on my part.
