I like it though, just cut back on some of the powers if you wanna use this guy. Also, secondary characters are meant to be an additional character when you're stuck with your primaries. If you have a one note villain, it'll get old real quick and you're likely to get stuck writing two characters into corners.

Ah, are you sure? I was hoping that I could hop in as the game-changer, to spice things up a bit, after the super-team gets going. And in the mean-time, SURD can stay in his old-man form, running around causing mischief, getting the world ready for the return.
