Rebecca let a soft sigh out of her lips as her light brown eyes stared at the ceiling above her, her headphones in her ear blaring rock music as she tried to think of something she and Michelle could do other than sit in this boring house all day. Sometimes she wished she could just go out and play in the rain like she used to as a kid. "Yeah, but you can't do that because it makes people think you're weird. Or well weirder." She said to herself with a slight laugh before shaking her head. Letting out yet another sigh Rebecca closed her eyes for a moment listening to the lyrics of the song before stopping the music and pulling the headphones from her ears. Rebecca looked around the room as she sat up on the bed, she was really grateful that Michelle had been letting her stay at her house the last few nights while she waited for her landlord to do maintenance on her apartment. Though she was worried about overstaying her welcome slightly, this was so much better than her other choices. She made a clicking noise against her tongue, thinking before standing up and starting to pick her things up off the floor humming to herself, after all the last thing wanted to be was a poor house guest even though Michelle was her friend. She looked up at the door when a knock come and smiled to herself putting her dirty clothes in a basket without even answering Michelle's question, because she knew by now she was already gone. After a moment of searching through her bags Rebecca got changed into something more suitable to be seen wearing in public. A soft light purple t-shirt with a pair of light blue jeans and her sneakers, pulling her hair up into a high neat cheerleader ponytail and finishing it off with a pair hoops. After a quick glance at herself in the mirror she grabbed her coat and headed out to meet Michelle. When she saw Michelle still on the porch looking at some kind of flyer, she leaned against the front door frame looking at her. "What ya looking at?" She asked before looking at the flyer and nodding at Michelle feeling her excitement flare up. "Sure, I love carnivals. They usually have the best food even if the games are crap." She answered her words coming out a little quickly before smiling happily as she linked her arm with Michelle's and headed towards Michelle's car, assuming if they were going to go shopping after they we going to drive. "Though it's been a while since I've been to a carnival, I figure that some of the food is different here. You have those little corn dogs here right?" As they got to the car Rebecca pulled her arm from Michelle and went around getting into the passenger side and getting in. Though she thought about it a little as she waited for Michelle to get in and clicked her seat belt in place, looking at her friend for a minute. "Do they usually have carnivals in the rain here in the states? It seems like there will be a lot of people will get wet?"
