It's hot in here and I'm runnin' out of Black Stuff to drink! And it ain't even that good compared to what I had!" "We're almost there Madame Jones," the taxi drive responds in a thick french accent, "Just after we make a left here, the HQ will be on your right. Soyez patient, ok?" "Bollocks..." she mutters as she takes another swig of her alcoholic beverage. Jeanne has currently been away from her crew for the last 4 hours ever since she said goodbye on the port of Rome. When she got to the airport, it appeared that she was late for her flight, in which she almost threw a fit. Not only did she have to wait another hour for the next flight, but while boarding she had her stash of Guinness confiscated by the officials. She even spat on the said official's shirt as she got on the plane and has been grumpy ever since. There Jeanne had to take a plane from the capital of Italy, all the way to Paris in just over two hours. By the time she got off, she already felt sick in the stomach and had to throw up at the nearest bathroom. Thankfully, with her invitation in hand, Jeanne was able to quickly request a taxi driver to have him drive her to the Sentinel's HQ. As they drove however, she caught a glimpse of a nearby liquor store and literally begged for the driver to stop so she can get another bottle of Guinness. Now after fifteen minutes of driving, along with some major traffic on some of the streets, they are already approaching the Sentinel HQ. Compared to what she had seen in the invitation, it didn't disappoint. The building was glowing in the magnificent sunlight of the metropolis, with the spiral tower being much taller than she had expected. She will be working along side other heroes into keeping peace and justice throughout the world, and she, believe it or not, was quite excited. It would just be a little better if it weren't for the 'hiccups' in the trip. Thankfully, she didn't get drunk on the way there. As they approached the giant staircase up to the HQ, the taxi pulled over to let Jeanne out of the car. "Well, here's your stop Madame. Sentinel HQ." "Ah class ole' fella." the pirate responds as she gets out, "Thanks for the ride. Here's ye tip." Jeanne then tosses a dollar coin at him as she begins to walk up the stairs and into the HQ itself. As she gets in, Jeanne asks the counter-people on where the Sentinel meeting is taking place, while showing them the invitation. Before they would respond, a cute blonde girl came up to the pirate with a nice smile on her face. "Hi! You must be the captain of the Silver Jacket, Jeanne Vicky Jones! I'm Hollie, Hollie Hills, mission coordinator around here. Follow me!" "Oi oi, ok lass." Jeanne's head was a little dizzy after this lass talked to her at the speed of an incoming bullet, but regardless understood what she said overall. She follows her towards the main elevator as they go up the tower. Nearing the top, the pirate can see a good deal of Paris herself, even managing to see the Eiffel Tower off in the distance. It was a magnificent place indeed. It's also good that she didn't get sick on the way up. As they got to the floor, the elevator opens as the two head towards the meeting room. It appears she was one of the first people to actually arrive, which is surprising since she thought she would be probably the latest of them all. There was a young caucasian man with slick brown hair and dark hazel eyes, as well as a black man with curly hair and large glasses. Both wore nice casual clothing, while Jeanne wore her pirate outfit. Of course, being one of the first ones here, she was sure that other people will come, some perhaps wearing some more funky looking stuff in the process. And speaking on funky-looking people, here comes one now. You must be the robotic Ex-Engineer of the Sentinels created by the UPC, Creatrix! Welcome back! I'm Hollie, Hollie Hills, mission coordinator around here. Please take a seat." "Thank you Hollie." the robot responds politely with an arm gesture, "It's a pleasure to be back in the Sentinel program. I expect many great things from our team." With that, he takes his seat down two seats to the left of Jeanne, right next to Zeke, and opposite of where Webster sat. He had a bit of a long day so far, having to get up at 9:00 am to catch his flight in Miami, Florida. As an ex-Sentinel, he was given proper treatment by the airport and his stewards, being automatically placed in first-class as he enjoyed the luxury of his flight. By the time he got to Paris, he had some time left to explore Paris and enjoyed the many sights and sounds as a returning tourist. Then he simply went here to the HQ. Jeanne seemed quite surprised that he was here. "Huh," she exhales as she looks at Creatrix, "Ya know, I wasn't expecting a tin-can to be a part of this program. Ex-Sentinel huh? What did you happen to be doin' back in the day?" "I've used to have been an Engineer here." the robot responds, "I helped my allies achieve victory during the War. I was quite popular in the team for my mobile turrets." "Cool." Jeanne replies back as she kicks her shoes on the table. Meanwhile, Creatrix scans the room and takes note of Shortcut, who looked quite familiar to him. "Are you the son of Lucas Wilson?" he asks curiously, "You happen to have his eyes. He was a great man, he and your mother. Very admirable people. I sincerely apologize for you having to deal without them. They will forever be engrained with the history of the Sentinels."
