The princess and her guardians, save one, are currently in a clearing of some sort having just escaped from an attack in Kyoto. Currently some of the guardians are in a hot springs. 

One guardian, Noriaki, didn't even know there was an attack and instead traveled with a woman to a nearby village where she is currently [s]sleeping with the entire female population of the village[/s] waiting for the princess and guardians to arrive.
