"Seriously!" She shouted after his retreating figure. "Seriously!" She flung a small piece of debris into a corner and walked out after him. "How do you know my name?!" She called after him and took a few steps in his direction. She hadn't done any introductions. She had no clue who this guy was. Glancing at her phone she cursed. She had 20 minutes to get back to the bar to meet up with another hunter. She waved a hand at the retreating figure and turned to walk the half mile back to her car. "It was a joke anyway," She mumbled to herself and kicked a rock with the toe of her boot. She pulled her blades out to inspect them one at a time, making sure they were still good. Then she moved to her gun. Unloading it first and stashing the clip in her pocket, she looked it over. A few scratches, nothing serious. She re holstered it. "Live to fight another day," She quoted and jangled her keys as she approached her car. She popped the trunk and stashed her weapons and climbed into the drivers side. Gravel spun as she headed to the town bar for her next assignment.
