These anomalies pose a significant threat to global security by threatening either physical or psychological harm. The Foundation operates to maintain normalcy, so that the worldwide civilian population can live and go on with their daily lives without fear, mistrust, or doubt in their personal beliefs, and to maintain human independence from extraterrestrial, extradimensional, and other extranormal influence. Our mission is three-fold: [h3][color=darkgray] Secure [/color] [/h3] The Foundation secures anomalies with the goal of preventing them from falling into the hands of civilian or rival agencies, through extensive observation and surveillance and by acting to intercept such anomalies at the earliest opportunity. [h2] [color=#990011] Foundation Operations [/color][/h2] Foundation covert and clandestine operations are undertaken across the globe in pursuit of our primary missions. [h3][color=darkgray] Special Containment Procedures [/color][/h3] The Foundation maintains an extensive database of information regarding anomalies requiring Special Containment Procedures, commonly referred to as "SCPs". The primary Foundation database contains summaries of such anomalies and emergency procedures for maintaining or reestablishing safe containment in the case of a containment breach or other event. Anomalies may take many forms, be it an object, an entity, a location, or a free-standing phenomenon. These anomalies are categorized into one of several Object Classes and are either contained at one of the Foundation's myriad Secure Facilities or contained on-site if relocation is deemed unfeasible. [h3][color=darkgray] Operational Security [/color][/h3] The Foundation operates with the utmost secrecy. All Foundation personnel must observe the Security Clearance Levels as well as need-to-know and compartmentalization of information. Personnel found in violation of Foundation security protocols will be identified, detained, and subject to disciplinary action. [h3][color=darkgray] Rival Agencies and Groups of Interest [/color][/h3] The Foundation is not the only organization with knowledge of and capability to interact with or utilize anomalies. While some of these Groups of Interest have similar goals and may cooperate with us on issues of global security, many more are opportunistic and profit-oriented, seeking to adapt or use anomalies to their own ends. Foundation personnel are instructed to treat individuals from such groups with suspicion at all times, and collaboration with such groups without the explicit prior consent of Foundation leadership will be cause for termination or other disciplinary action. AKA "Osiris's Chest") is an improved experimentational task force similar in construct and application to Mobile Task Force Omega-7 (AKA "Pandora's Box). Given the mission failure and collateral damage taken during "Project [REDACTED]," any and all information regarding further usage of Anomalous Entities' cooperation in Foundation field operations is strictly restricted to SAU personnel and O5 Council Members. Due to Omega-7, all Foundation personnel excluding Omicron-13 and The Council are to remain completely unaware of Omicron-13's existence. Any personnel, Civilian or Otherwise, to become aware of Omicron-13 are to be classified as H-Class, and are then subject to immediate psychological evaluation. If evaluation results suggest an inability to be integrated into Omicron-13's Primary or Support staff, H-Class Personnel are to be incinerated immediately. To avoid further declassification, all personnel who have interacted with H-Class entities within 72 hours of original subject contamination will be administered Class-C Amnesiacs as necessary, and are to be observed for a minimum of six months. All Leading Omicron-13 Personnel (SAU-1, SAU-2, SAU-3, SAU-4) are to be completely non-anomalous unless supported Unanimously by the Council. Election of SAU Directors (SAU-2, SAU-3, SAU-4) Require 70% of Council Approval (9/13), and Electron of SAU Administrator requires Unanimous Council Approval. Given the covert principals of Omicron-13, direct Foundation assistance is not obtainable, albeit monetary support and resources are abundant. Obtaining Omicron-13 personal is difficult, and are rarely collected singularly as collection is only possible through attacks on Foundation Sites, in which during the aversion wanted Personnel will be captured without notification of the SCP Entity. Due to limited or non-existent knowledge of containment procedures for Anomalous Entities outside of the Foundation, Non-Foundation Entity collection is prohibited unless Unanimous permission is granted by all 13 O5 Council Members. Due to High threat level for Omicron-13 Agents going rogue, all Anomalous Personnel are to be fitted with three failsafes in event of a "Containment Breach." Two of which will vary depending upon anomalous properties of independent agents, the third will be a standard failsafe used for each agent in event of a "Catastrophic Breach," (AKA O-7 Event). An O-7 Event can only be Determined by SAU-1 (AKA Administrator Omega), and in extreme circumstances, by a collaborative approval between SAU-2 (Director Alpha), SAU-3 (Director Beta), SAU-4 (Director Gamma), and Three O5 Council Members. The Vetoing process of O-7 Events works the same way, although Unanimous O5 support is required to veto O-7 Events determined by SAU-1. Failsafe 3 is Classified to all Foundation Members baring SAU-1 and The O5 Council. Within Omicron-13 are four clearance levels, as well as three sub-levels which can be used for formal identification. SAU-1 SAU-2-(A-Z) (Alpha) SAU-3-(A-Z) (Beta) SAU-4-(A-Z) (Gamma) With the exception of SAU-1, Each SAU director has a designated group classification, used as a method to organize agent clearance levels and chronological introduction to Omicron-13. Often, clearance levels translate into survivability, applicable usage of anomalous properties, and experience, as higher clearances reflect longer lifespans within Omicron-13. SAU-2, 3, and 4 each have subdivisions, which uses Alphabetical order to assign authority within Subdivisions (EX. SAU-3-J, SAU-2-Q, etc). Personal A-D in each subdivision will be placed as an authority for a total of 4 Groups within subdivisions. In informal settings, all Anomalous agents are allowed a single nickname, under no circumstances are "birth-names" allowed to be used in reference to Anomalous agents. In addition, romantic involvement amongst personnel is strictly forbidden, and failure to comply will result in immediate extermination of any/all agents involved. Cases of attempted escapes from facility/Agency will also result in Immediate extermination of any/all agents involved. Communication with anyone outside of the facility other than mission critical individuals is strictly forbidden, and any attempts made will result in immediate usage of Class-B amnesiacs, followed by a psych eval to determine future SAU operation involvement.
