Edit: I want to also just mention that the fire person is named Jeffrey and he is like her imaginary friend ( which is actually her subconscious or is at least controlled by her subconscious but she is unaware of this) that she has had since she was little because she has never really had any friends and that's her subconscious' way of coping with the loneliness.
