[@mattmanganon] well if you don't that then that would make 2 liaison characters, but I don't particularly mind either way. Even with his back story, this guy could still be in his mid twenties. Idk if you were going to eventually have him develop powers and mutate as a result of what you have given as the his history, but that would also not be a problem
